Big Mama Chronicles #2

I gave up Coca-Cola two weeks ago.
I also stopped putting sugar in my coffee.
Unfortunately, as a result, I’ve lost 75% of the hearing in my left eye. 😭
But honestly? I’m proud of myself for cutting back on soda and all that unnecessary sugar. The coffee situation, however, still needs work because half-and-half alone is not cutting it.
The good news: I’ve lost two pounds! Seeing the scale move down even a little was encouraging, so woo hoo!
Now, I’ve been very realistic about this weight loss journey. I’ve still had fast food, but instead of getting a large combo and a Coke, I ordered a cheeseburger, apples, and water. Small changes still count.
I also started GrowwithJo’s Lean & Strong 30-Day Program, and committed myself to moving my body every day. I’m only on Day Two, so feel free to join me!
Today’s post is short and sweet, but I wanted to check in because… accountability.
